On the first day of school, I got off the bus and stormed into the house to confront my mother. She had told me we would learn to read in first grade, something I had coveted since birth. She laughed at my tiny, angry face accusing her of lying and lovingly reassured me I would learn to read soon enough, it was only the first day.

The written word has consumed me my entire life.

As a child, I read literally thousands of books, sometimes two a day. I read all the great writers of our time. I read everything I could get my hands on, from cereal boxes to technical manuals and everything in between. I love reading almost as much as I love writing.

Writing is my passion, if even just drafting an email to a friend, hand writing a birthday card, typing up a business proposal or web content – it fills me with a joy and fulfillment that very few things do.

I believe I possess a rare passion with high-energy and it comes through in my writing. I can write in any voice, any format on any topic.

My writing evokes emotion and often tears due to the powerful nature of my voice and the message I convey.

In November of 2016, I joined nanowrimo.org and completed a 50K+ word novel (a win), and I am currently working on 3 other novels.

I have also guest posted (blindly) on Huffington Post, Forbes Magazine and other high-profile online publications.
